”We were delighted to discover the Desert Compass. This little gem is well-maintained, super comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the locale cannot be beat. We parked the car upon arrival, and never had the need to drive. We could walk to shops, museums, restaurants, bars, and grocers with ease. We'll be back!”

”Walkable to Old Town, downtown and convenient to lots of other activities. We loved that we could ride our bikes directly from the casita to the Paseo del Bosque Trail and get in a nice 20+ mile ride without having to drive to a trailhead. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Had a great time!”

”What a lovely casita! Everything was better than advertised! I was welcomed with cold water in the fridge and special treats by the coffee station. The home was clean and beautiful and very comfortable. There were more than enough linens and supplies, but the hosts were readily available if there had been any problems. They had bicycles for guest use and a sauna, in addition to the hot tub! The shared patio has lovely furniture, flowers, and a fire pit ready to light. Best of all was the...

”Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to Old Town and a park/playground, within a ten minute walk to great coffee (Remedy!) and food (High Noon Saloon), as well as the NM Natural History Museum and the Albuquerque Museum. Great view of the mountains down the street. Kitchen was well equipped, backyard had ample seating and the shed provided shade for dinner, everything was clean and comfortable, and Sam was an attentive/responsive host.
