”The place is clean and family friendly. I like the fact that they have a restaurant on site. It was convenient since we didn’t have to go out to have dinner and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggages when we checked out and picked them out late in the afternoon. ”It is situated nicely and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The way it was designed the villas and rooms has walk ways and outside nature you could enjoy. The pool is a plus. The cafe and restaurant had a relaxing and quiet feel. It is a reasonable price including breakfast. Also we met a neighbor Alfred who took us a nice private tour. Good job Secret Garden Resort. ”Entrance is a bit far and not instantly clear where we are going to. After finding the marks there's very friendly staff helping out. There's ice cream, small store and restaurant in the area. Massage and lovely jacuzzi area also available, along with some other nice treats. Rooms are very nice and well kept. "We stayed 9 nights in the Deluxe pool view room in the January 2025. Our stay was excellent. Room was big and clean. From pool view room, there was also a partial sea view. In front of the hotel was peaceful and clean white sandy beach.
Service was really good in the whole hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot that there were free complimentary water and coffee every day.
Only a little bit negative thing was, that staff /lifeguards could have interfere better about the disturbing behavior at the East pool, where some of the people were rioting and splashing water so much, it splattered even to the sunbeds where people were relaxing."
