”The staff was amazing. However, anytime I book a hotel I always book with needing a pool in mind. The pump to heat the pool was not working, therefore I was unable to go swimming as the water was extremely cold. Also, the air conditioner was not working for the two nights that I was there. I bought it to the attention of staff, and they did mention that they were having some problems so that was utterly uncomfortable having to sleep in a hot room.”

”Good location. Check in was easy. Free on site parking. Room was generally clean. Limited choices for breakfast but still okay. Front desk not manned 24/7; had problem with shower tub poorly draining but no one to ask for assistance. Not a deal breaker since we only stayed overnight; reported it upon checkout. Could do better for the price point.”

”I had reserved a Queen size bed and another individual had the same issue. I was told the majority of the beds are Full Size. That should be clear if that is the case.

”Staff here were all so nice and helpful! The lobby and parking areas were very well maintained. Breakfast was nice. Shower stall/tub and soap situation (no body wash only hand soap?) was the only negative - since I was on an outdoorsy trip it was kind of a letdown but the room was great otherwise.”

We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around.
