”It’s a nice beach and the gardens are lovely, but the rooms are terrible. Sockets don’t work; lights don’t work; tap in sink didn’t work. Air con worked, but was very noisy. Food was decent.”

”Mövenpick offers free airport tranportation from Caticlan airport. Super polite transfer staff.
The location is not on White Beach but another beach further north. That was great as White Beach seemed busy and crowded. The hotel offers hourly shuttle to DMall at White Beach till late at night.
The best thing of the hotel is the dreamlike beautiful pool and beach area, the most beautiful I have ever seen. The decor - pool and beach beds, chairs and sofas are super attractive as can be seen...

”Quiet and peaceful stay (8 days), easy access via TukTuk to D-Mall and beaches. Limited food options on site but ok - great if you like Filipino, Italian or Thai food. Like many places in the Philippines a bit harder if lots of vegetables are required.
Pools are nice and plenty to choose from, private beach is nice and only. A very short walk to another popular beach.
if you are an early riser, an early espresso or an early swim are not available (beach maybe?) - seems like coffee shops open...

”We were the 1st group to book this rebranded location through Expedia.comband couldn’t be more satisfied. The manager Catherine, her boss, and all the staffers were above and beyond accommodating. Super kind, thoughtful, and attentive and we couldn’t be happier staying with a family of 5. Location was great and a walking distance from d’mall, restaurants, and laundry service. Improvements were literally on the way as new flooring and bamboo privacy screens were being installed. A finished...
