”The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

”Nice hotel and reasonably priced but no one cleaned our room for 6 days and food was inconsistent. Burgers 8 out of 10. Pizza is a 4 out of 10 at best. Breakast sandwich was good but a small coffee for $3 and it wasnt very good was a bit much.”

”Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. When it finally arrived, which took a good ten minutes, the bartender and barback never checked back up on me, even when I had an empty glass in front of me. I flagged down the barback, asked for my check, and waited five minutes. Threw down $5, and left. Friday night, bar had maybe ten people in it at...

”Overall excellent”

”I messed up our reservation and we needed to stay one more day then we initially planned. My whole group was at a convention and we couldn't come back to move our stuff. The staff moved our booking to another room and moved our luggage FOR us so we could stay at the con. Not only did the staff bend over backwards to accommodate me, but they kept apologizing to me even though the whole thing was completely my fault. On top of that, the whole hotel was spotless and the staff kept being friendly...

”We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly”

”We always stay at the Pfister because of its great location . A few troubles this time. The tv service in our room kept going in and out. Of course someone offered to come and fix it but at the time it wasn’t ideal (already in pajamas). There was also a dirty pillow case on the chair in our room when we first arrived . I also was disappointed there were no locker rooms or other amenities in the spa area. My husband had a massage but was allowed a 10 minute shower afterwards, then had to vacate...
