Discover the charm of the Mediterranean in the Concha apartment, a vacation rental in Puerto Alcudia that offers direct views of the marina and the fresh sea breeze from its own terrace.

This bright vacation apartment in Mallorca is located right on the seafront, just 200 meters from Alcudia's fine sandy beach, ideal for swimming in its turquoise waters or taking peaceful walks by the sea. Additionally, it is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, small shops, and supermarkets, which ensures you have everything within reach.



The Concha apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people, making it a fantastic option for families or groups of friends. The living-dining room is tastefully decorated, with large windows that fill the space with natural light and a table to enjoy family meals. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for culinary moments.



The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with two single beds. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to the rear terrace. There are two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub to relax after a day at the beach and another with a shower. Additionally, an outdoor bathroom next to the rear terrace adds a practical touch when returning from the sea.

For your well-being, the apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room, ensuring a cool environment even on the hottest days of Mallorca's summer.

Die kurvenreiche und abenteuerliche Anreise hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Wir durften eine Woche in einem sehr schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbringen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter stellten uns sogar einen reichhaltig gefüllten Begrüssungs- Korb bereit. Müsste ich unseren Aufenthalt möglichst kurz beschreiben: Erholung pur, rundherum Natur.vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche!

Great apartment with what you need. Kitchen, enough bedroom and plenty of space. In the middle of Alcudia with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The beach is within walking distance with sun loungers and fantastic swimming opportunities. Will certainly be back at the next opportunity.

OG befindet ist auch abends, wo aufgrund der zentralen Lage von den Restaurants und Bars ein gewisse Lautstärke hinausgeht, nichts im Apartment zu hören. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie auch die Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment could not be in a more perfect location. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach and the marina. The views are outstanding. It is equipped with anything you could want for a long stay - extra towels, blankets, etc. We loved having the washer and dryer. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking with a large refrigerator and everything you need to cook. We were greeted with an amazing welcome package of wine and treats. The host was responsive our entire trip. Would highly recommend!!

Unbeatable location at the harbour of Alcudia

Brilliant location, everything you need within a short walk. The beach is 5mins walk away. The balcony overlooking the marina was perfect, a lovely view, although a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures. Apartment has everything you'd need and the air con is great. We didn't have any problems with the Wifi and everyone (including two teenagers) was able to download and and use the internet as required.

Spacious property in spectacular location in Alcudia Port

This apartment on the 4th floor has a lift. It was presented in a clean condition. There was milk, water, fruit and wine provided, unfortunately we did not manage to drink the wine. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants all around. For cyclists the apartment is perfect to access all the amazing routes and Pollensa close by. There are restaurants below the flat which can be a tad noisy but we enjoyed the buzz of being on the port and people watching. Ristaurante La Cabana staff below got quite friendly with us and called us the “Vecinos”. There is no pool but it’s right next to the be beach. Loved our stay and would happily return.

Incredible view of Alcudia marina and bay

The view is simply breathtaking. You are on the fourth floor with a big balcony overlooking Alcudia marina and bay. It is simply stunning to sit and watch the sun. the sea, the yachts, and the bustle of the people below. It faces dues south so you get the sun from dawn til dusk. The apartment itself is very big with three good size bedrooms and everything you need. The lounge and dining area is beautiful and full of character - it also shares the amazing view. The apartment is really well equipped with a fab welcome pack and all you need to keep things clean. Check in is easy. Parking is easy in surrounding side streets. Check out is dead easy - lock up and leave Agents were excellent - super helpful

Prima locatie. Wifi werkt perfect. Wel wat herrie van het restaurant wat op de boulevard zit maar super mooi uitzicht. Je zit op de 4de etage. Slaapkamers zijn aan de andere kant dus daar is het stil. Het was super schoon en echt alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Fruit- wijn- water staan klaar..Alle slaapkamers hebben airco.. Lift werkt prima. Binnen gekomen met key code.verder niemand gezien. Wel een telefoonnummer/ emailadres voor vragen waar snel op gereageerd word. Kantoor zit ook in Alcudia. Vlakbij een grote parkeerplaats. Als deze vol is even doorrijden richting de haven waar de cruiseschepen aankomen. Daar zijn er nog een paar. De elektriciteit die je gebruikt word achteraf berekend via de borg. Een van de drie slaapkamers heeft geen ramen. Via Wifi op een laptop tv gekeken. Geen smart tv.
