Villa Burgues is located in an area near the beautiful and old town of Alcudia, which is characterized by maintaining the old and imposing walls that surrounded it. The villa is just a few minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. It should be noted that the house is also with easy access to the Aucanada Golf Course and the La Albufera natural park, ideal for those nature enthusiasts. The decoration of the house is beautiful and very comfortable to spend a few days of family vacation. The main entrance is located under the covered terrace. This gives us direct access to the spacious living room, which is fully equipped with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD and a wood stove for the coldest months of the season.A door leads us to the kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bedroom area consists of a double room with an en-suite bathroom with shower and two double rooms that share a full bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms are beautifully decorated, have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning units, which, in line with local energy-saving initiatives, are programmed for use from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 09:00. The huge 50 m2 pool, completely surrounded by a garden with grass and fruit trees, is Roman style and is complete with outdoor furniture ideal for enjoying a beautiful sunset.At the back of the house is the laundry room where we locate the washing machine, and a space to enjoy a game on the ping pong table.
