This spectacular property is situated in Puerto de Alcúdia, in northern Mallorca. It has beautiful views over the lake and the urbanisation and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
This terraced house features a nice, 5.30 m x 3.30 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1,70 m. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers, 2 sun umbrellas and 1 exterior shower. The porch is a lovely corner to have a BBQ with your family. The privacy of this accommodation is partial. The pool area is laterally protected by bushes. In total, the house has 3 floors, the GF, the 1F and the 2F. The latter has a fantastic roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun.

The bright living-dining room is ideal for chats and meals with your family, relaxing while watching satellite TV, or reading a book. The kitchen is open to the living room and is very well equipped, including ceramic hob. The laundry room is located on the terrace and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron, and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower on the ground floor, and the rest with 2 single beds each on the first floor. Additionally, on the first floor, you will find two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. We can provide 1 crib and 1 high chair for our little guests.

The house is 4 km away from the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia, close to the lake Llac Gran. This area is ideal for those who like the beach and the sun. The closest sand beach is only 600 m away and there you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. In Puerto de Alcúdia centre you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, leisure activities, shops and playgrounds for the kids. The enchanting old town of Alcúdia is highly recommendable. Visit the church, the city wall and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. You can go there by bus or car. Discover the beauty of northern Mallorca and visit the lighthouse of Formentor, the picturesque town of Pollença, the nature park of s'Albufera and lots of dreamlike beaches, for example Formentor, Malpas, Son Serra de Marina or Cala Sant Vicente.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
