Welcome to our charming holiday rental farm in Alcúdia, an oasis of tranquillity and comfort that invites you to experience the best of the island. With three spacious bedrooms and capacity for up to six people, this 157 m² villa offers you a comfortable and fully equipped retreat with spectacular views of the garden and swimming pool.
Located in a quiet and rural area, our farm is the perfect refuge for those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Mallorca. From here, you will have easy access to a variety of exciting activities and points of interest that make this region so special.
Just 4 km away, the water park "Hidropark" promises endless fun for the whole family, while 5 km away, you'll find the impressive sandy beach "Pollença Bay", ideal for relaxing under the sun or enjoying exciting water sports. For food lovers, the restaurant "O96" and "Moma Restobar" are just 5 km away, offering culinary delights that will leave you wanting more.
If you wish to explore local history and culture, the town of Alcúdia, with its charming cobblestone streets and picturesque atmosphere, is located just 5 km away. Additionally, the Parc Natural de s'Albufera, 9 km away, invites you to discover the natural beauty of the island through its hiking trails and bird watching.

Back at the villa, you can enjoy amenities such as garden furniture, a spacious 25 m² terrace, barbecue, fireplace and internet access (wifi). Additionally, the villa is equipped with all modern conveniences, such as a hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms and a private pool that allows you to cool off and relax in total privacy.
The American kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, provides you with the flexibility to prepare your own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle so that your mornings can start with a good coffee or tea.
IMPORTANT:
All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
A refundable deposit will be charged.
Parties are not allowed.
To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
