The charming apartment "Villa Cancun" is located in the beautiful Port of Alcúdia. The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with a washing machine, and thus offers space for 4 people. Facilities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and online work, a big ceiling fan on every room and on the living room, air conditioning, a washing machine, cable TV and a coffee machine. The property has a baby bathtub, bathtub reducer, high chair and crib.



You can start the day with coffee on the balcony with seating furniture overlooking the pool area, while the communal outdoor area consists of a furnished community garden with an open terrace, an outdoor shower and community pool where you can relax or cool off on warm summer days. Furthermore, the facilities also include a tennis court. Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the beautiful beach "Platja de Alcudia" in only 10 minutes on foot. After a 5-minute walk (650 m), you can reach the nearest restaurants, and within 12 minutes on foot (1 km) the "Goodfellas Music Bar". "Colber" supermarket is located a 5-minute walk away, and the supermarkets "Eroski" and "Lidl" are within a 5-minute drive. Although the configuration states that check-in must take place between 16:00 and 00:00, guests can check-in after 00:00, but always with prior notice to the hosts so that they can receive them.
