Villa Can Costa with its garden is a link between the old town of Alcudia and the inland of Mallorca.



A perfectly designed holiday home on two floors with luxury furnishings. As soon as you enter, you will be impressed by its open-plan rooms, which are distributed as follows: a spacious and light-flooded kitchen with cooking island, a dining area, a living area and access to the terrace.

There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed of 160 cm and the other with two single beds of 90 cm each. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have access to the beautiful garden and the salt water swimming pool.

A modern steel staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a large balcony with sun loungers and a private bathroom.

The outdoor area with its shaded and sunny terraces, barbecue and many corners to relax offers the perfect retreat with the family to recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries. The private saltwater swimming pool provides refreshment on hot summer days.

It is worth noting that this property has a charging port for electric cars.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.



Smoking is only permitted outdoors

The lively Puerto de Alcudia with its harbour promenade and Alcanada can be reached from the old town in just a few minutes by car or bus.

Alcanada is a quiet, Mediterranean village situated on a hill overlooking the bay of Alcudia.

The sand and pebble beach "Cala Poncet" in Alcanda has crystal clear water and wild nature.

At the end of the village there is an 18-hole golf course. The Club de Golf Alcanada was built in 2003 by the legendary golf architects Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. and is located in the middle of a nature reserve and offers sensational views of the bay.
