The Villa has the charm of a typical Mallorcan house built on a single floor and very bright. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The outdoor area has a porch where you can relax or enjoy a wonderful meal prepared on the barbecue next to the porch. The 8 x 4 m swimming pool governs the terrace area where we can sunbathe in the comfortable hammocks and enjoy the wonderful views available. Just 300 meters away there is a restaurant with the same name as the villa. All this in a natural setting and a peaceful atmosphere in the quiet area of Son Fe, a short drive from the historic center of Alcúdia, the famous town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia. A perfect place to explore the north of the island that offers, in addition to the sandy beaches and the sea, a large number of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars ... all year round.Distribution:The house, with more than 130 square meters on one floor, is a large building that faces the mountains. It has 3 double rooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped, next to it there is a spacious living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite and Wi-Fi, and a large terrace with beautiful views.Outside, the garden area of more than 2000 square meters has a variety of fruit trees, a saltwater pool, sun loungers and a barbecue. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.Note 5.
