Villa Conxa Bisanyes by Villa Plus

Villa Conxa Bisanyes (formerly known as Villa Bisanyes) is in a pleasant countryside setting, located between the resort of Alcudia and the old town of Pollensa. From the villa you'll have views over the surrounding tree tops to the mountains in the distance. The villa is homely inside, with a strong authentic Spanish influence and a large private swimming pool. Air conditioning/heating in all 3 bedrooms, WiFi and pool heating are included.

Although part of the Pollensa countryside, Villa Conxa Bisanyes is actually closer to the beach and facilities of Alcudia. A huge choice of shops and places to eat can be found within a 10 minute drive in the centre of the resort, and also in its beautiful old town. By contrast, the port has a selection of fine dining restaurants overlooking the yachts. Venture into Pollensa Old Town and you'll find a number of local Spanish restaurants to enjoy.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
