A perfect villa to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With capacity for 4 people, it is perfect for both couples and small families, it is close to the beach, less than ten minutes driving and at the same distance from supermarkets and restaurants. Distribution.



The villa is distributed on one floor. There we find the living room/ dining room with a sofa, an armchair and a dining table perfect for four people. The TV is a Smart-TV so you can enjoy your streaming platforms or the channels of your country. In addition, it is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort during the day.

The kitchen is completely equipped.

Two comfortable bedrooms, both with a 150x200 cm double bed and air conditioning.

And finally a complete bathroom with a shower cabin and also another separate complete toilet inside the villa.

The house is of course fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room.



Outside area.



From the dining room there is access to a large terrace, where there is another dining table, perfect for long evenings outdoors and enjoying a magnificent sunset.

Next to this terrace we find a surface pool with a wooden platform. This pool measures 3.5 x 1.5 meters with a depth of 100 cm. A perfect pool for both adults and children to enjoy summer baths in complete safety.

Another large terrace with a barbecue allows us to enjoy different spaces depending on the time of day.

Finally, a ping-pong table can be enjoyed by the whole family during the holidays.

For your convenience, the house also has a private parking, within the fenced property.



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 3. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 4. Upon arrival at the property, a €500 deposit will be blocked on a credit card, said deposit will be returned after verifying that there is no damage or damage to the villa.

Note 5. The tourist tax is not included in the price, this tax will be paid in cash on the day of entry into the property. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
