A few steps from the beach, this apartment for four guests at Playa de Muro, invite them to spend a holidays by the sand and the sea



At one minute walking to the most beautiful beach of Mallorca, with fine sand, hammocks and parasol for rent. Good restaurants as Royal Beach and Fusión 19, as well as, a big supermarket at just 10-15 minutes walking from the apartment. Low season is the perfect time to cycling and hiking, visiting Alcudia’s old down town, and Lluc Monastery. In summer time it is recommendable going to Cap de Formentor and beaches from the north, such as Alcudia’s Port, Es Barcarés and Es Capellans.



The apartment counts with a big balcony where to have breakfast when waking up, also huge windows that allowed natural light gets in each corner of the house. The living-dining room with cosy sofa, satellite TV and a dining table where you can spend a relaxing evening while enjoying a tasteful Mediterranean lunch, prepared in the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, microwave and basic kitchen utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, with two single beds each. There is access to the balcony from one of the bedrooms too. Our guests will enjoy free WiFi and air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer, as well as a washing machine and a cot / high chair under request. The building has a terrace with panoramic sea views, unfurnished and the access is shared with the community of neighbours.



Please use the outdoor shower to wash off the sand before entering the apartment building.



To consider:



There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged on site, it must be left on the table in the living room of the flat and will be collected. his payment is mandatory and it will be paid directly to the owner.



Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.
