SNOWMOBILERS: responsible snowmobilers are welcome here! You may snowmobile directly out of our property. Unload your snowmobiles in any way that’s convenient for you. Please only snowmobile out the driveway (not on the property itself). Please only use our private road to navigate to the main NYSSA trails nearby. Please message us if you are going to be snowmobiling so that we can address your questions directly. ***4wheel drive/good tires highly recommended in the wintertime*** Cozy family cabin tucked away on a quiet private road, just off the main highway. Close to snowmobile trails, hiking, boating, skiing, snowshoeing, and Kayuta Lake. Enjoy peaceful woods, a relaxing campfire area, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for a quiet getaway. Only 2 minutes to DG Market and 12 minutes to the grocery stores. Sorry, no pets.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. Up in the loft and in the living room, you’ll find two pull-out full sized beds for extra sleeping space.

Downstairs, enjoy a small bar and hangout room, great for gathering, playing games, or unwinding after a day of exploring.

The cabin is fully equipped with heat, hot water, a washer and dryer, high speed internet, a smart TV and all the essentials you need for a smooth, family-friendly stay. Whether you’re cooking in the kitchen, lounging in the cozy living areas, or settling in for a peaceful night’s sleep, the space is set up to make you feel right at home.

Outside, the private backyard and campfire area create the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the quiet woods. Our place is ideal for families and guests who appreciate a calm, respectful, and peaceful escape.
