”The staff at the hotel couldn’t be any better. Every single one of them was kind, helpful, super polite and they are a credit to the hotel and it’s manager. I’ve stayed here three times now and will always return when I’m in the area. Super clean, nicely appointed, great facilities and a 24 hr restaurant. Love it! ”

”This property was so messy, dog hairs are there, property manager and the honour of the building was so rude to me, he don’t know how to talk to customers because I go there on 4th march. ”Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm. Evening staff were rude. There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area. None of the vending machines were working. Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...

”They were doing renovations which was annoying to deal with, but it will likely be worth it in the end. I didn't enjoy not being able to use the stairs at all, which made the elevator wait times extra long sometimes.”
