”The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. ”

”Staff hardly spoke English. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom needed some upgrade. The shower had molds. The curtain had mold. The mirrors were very old to the point of faded away. No breakfast. No lobby. Check in area is like someone’s living room. Many pictures on hotels.com are misleading. But the location was good. Walkable to catacomb, coniche the citadel, st mark’s and Roman theater. ”

”The sea view is super fantastic! Location is very convenient in center Alexandria where all important places are within a walking distance or a short ride. Staff are very friendly and respectful. Street noise is a little loud. Overall, Highly recommended hotel. I gave some recommendations to the management team regarding the property to take care off and they promised to do. ”

”I wish I could give this place minus. Avoid if u are traveling alone or generally are a woman. Or if u are a breathing human being. The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. Packed my things and left the hotel the morning after. Contacted hotels,com to complain,and now the person says i was the one making advances. Unbelievable, i guess as a woman i...

”Needs some attention & money spent on this hotel to live up to expectations. Staff were excellent but the hotel is clearly badly managed. Breakfast was not efficient, partly due to unusually high volume of people. The ‘ manager ‘ strutted around watching the wait staff struggle . 1 poor man trying to cook eggs for way too many people. It was a long wait for my poor husband ! ”

”You say it has 14 pools. Has 6 You say speak English and Arabic. No one in the hotel spoke English. Not even the manager. No ATM. I booked for collection from the airport. No one turn up. No one said why they didn’t turn up or said sorry. Not even the manager came to see me. I was the only European person in the hotel. Every other guest was from Egypt. Daily cleaning of the room only done for Egyptian people. I asked for them to make up my room. All he did was change the duvet cover. No clean...

”The parking was 10min walk Staff wasn't helpful Bathroom sink was clogged There was nothing in the room at all, not even drinking water. Even in the bathroom, there was nothing. But I asked them for soap, and they brought it when I requested it.”
