”This is a lovely small hotel with nicely decorated rooms. It was very quiet; we rarely saw other guests or staff, which made it feel nicely private. Breakfast, while simple, was perfectly adequate and actually available all day. The only thing I didn't like is that the bed is really high; I'm very short and could have used a small step stool to climb in with ! But it was very comfortable and we slept well. This was a nostalgic trip for us, as we used to own one of the houses next door (40 years...

”I loved everything about this place ! The room the giraffe house it’s so gorgeous ! Sean the man who takes care of and manages the property is so knowledgeable. He gave my boyfriend and I a tour around the whole property with his goats and when I tell you this man knows the property HE KNOWS THE PROPERTY & history of the area. The experience wouldn’t have been the same with out him. ”

”Nicole's place is very conveniently located, clean as a whistle, comfortable and worked perfectly for me, my husband and our pup. Very nice, new modern property but still with woodsy charm. Nicole's communication and hospitality (left us some gorgeous looseleaf tea) was A+. Would definitely stay again! ”

”My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. ”
