”I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

”Loved the window seats looking out into the trees! The property is actually not far from commerce— basically right next to a Target, but from the property it does not feel like it— the space is surrounded by trees. The bed is kind of in an alcove so might be hard to get in/out if you have mobility concerns, but I found it super cozy/comfortable. Enjoyed our time here after seeing a show at Tanglewood.”

Our room did not have a dresser but other rooms, which had 1 bed instead of 2, did. The heater was noisy but it worked fine and kept the room warm. The bathroom is tiny. There is a nice room to...
