”Spent here 6 nights on a slow season with pretty much rain every day. Didn't matter because the room was comfortable and spacious, food was delicious and we had the spa basically all to our selves with the missis. The service here is excellent. The spa even had a proper Finnish sauna with a proper Finnish made stove which as a Finn made me proud. Very rare at these latitudes. ”Overall this is a beautiful property with the potential to be a wonderful resort, but they just aren’t sure yet what they want to be. ”What an amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was large, and very clean, but the real star of the show is the stunning castle itself. There are so many areas to explore. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended.”
