”What an amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was large, and very clean, but the real star of the show is the stunning castle itself. There are so many areas to explore. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended.”
”Beautiful place and service is good. We were there on begin of july, and there was very few quests. Condition is a bit wear out, but it's old buildning. Room was big. It's a nice place for romantic getaway. In the Estremoz village there aren't so much to see, but we enjoyed relaxed time by the pool.

”We had a very poor experience here, when we checked in there was no information on where things are or how the resort operates I had to request more information, and after checking in it was nearly impossible to get a hold of reception for any issues as they do not answer the phone, we were on the eco-resort and I had to get in the car and travel back to reception to get any kind of a response. They also take a deposit of one nights stay and said they would return it 72 hours after check out but...
