Cocoonr offers this 950 m² castle with swimming pool in Alexain to rent for up to 15 guests. It comprises a sumptuous 86 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, six bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 8,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A large 86 m² reception room with open granite fireplace (wood provided), sofas and large table for 20 people.
- A large fireplace (wood provided) and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a scullery with dining area for 8 people.
- A dining room for 12 people with an open granite fireplace (wood provided)
- A work area with two desks and a central table.

- 4 separate WCs
- Bedroom 1: double sofa bed and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)

First floor:

- Bedroom 2: two single beds forming a queen-size bed (160x200) with desk, bookcase and small washbasin
- A billiards room with bookcase, French billiards table, leather sofa and club chairs.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190) with an en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) and a desk.
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom

- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 8,000 m², facing east, south and west, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A 14m x 3m swimming pool (private, heated), open from May to September. It has an electric safety cover.

The château is ideally located in Alexain, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- The price quoted is for the château accommodation only. For all requests for more than 15 people or for the organisation of a reception, a personalised quote is required. An adjoining room for between 50 and 90 guests is also available on request.

- Non-working wooden fireplaces in bedrooms 2 and 4, in the work area and in the billiards room. For other fireplaces, the first fire is free.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Surveillance cameras film the exterior, covering the courtyard in front of the château.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
