”Friendly staff, easy parking accommodations, clean rooms.”

”This location was nice, especially for the price but there were a couple things that would have made it better but that's ANY hotel/motel you stay at. I loved the pool and the breakfast was decent but there were no protein options, more continental but that's ok too because I am not complaining about free food and coffee!! We wiill stay here again!”

”It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

”I stayed in a two bedroom suite with a friend of mine traveling to Asheville for a concert. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms which was really nice and convenient. The balcony, living room and kitchen area were spacious. The balcony was super cute - you can see some mountains from the side of the balcony. The restaurant is under construction unfortunately but across the street is a delicious brewery that has a Cuban food truck that hits the spot. There are plenty of areas that are...

”This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...
