”This is my third time staying at the hotel trio and I probably will not be back. The rooms were not in the same condition I remembered. More importantly, all 16 washers were “broken” and remain so for the full five days I was there. The reason I chose that hotel is because I needed laundry services. I later found out that the washers worked just fine. It was their POS system which means the washers could’ve been used. They just wouldn’t have received the two dollar fee.”

”The part we liked the best was they had a heated pool, so even at night it was enjoyable. I would come back for the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and newly renovated. Everything was clean except we did notice a bit of black mold in the corner of the shower, not sure how housecleaning missed that, but it didn’t bother us cuz it was on the wall grout. The continental breakfast was meh.. soggy eggs, cereal, juices and a waffle maker.”
