”When we checked in we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, and after having our bagggage delivered to our suite with amazing park views we were introduced to the St Regis butler service. In addition to the top of the class service attitude of the personnell what struck us most was the amazingly broad offering of complimentary services included. Some of our favorites at St Regis Singapore outside our suite included the Spa, the bar with live piano music downstairs serving very well mixed...

”Overall experience was very good. We booked 2 rooms and our room was first 2 night handicapped room which we didnt like. It was having high humidity. Fortunately we were able change the room which was ok. The breakfast was very good and pool and garden wonderful. We were staying at Garden wing which has nice balcony in each rooms. You can see that rooms have been used quite many years but still cleanness and the level of the room is good. My daughters family was in another room. They liked the...

”The lady at the front desk upgraded my room! It was my first time and I was so happy! At the lobby bar, the lady gave me a drink and took a photo with her instax. The male staff member who took my photo at the bar, and the male staff member who helped me find the elevator buttons at the pool when I couldn't find them and took a photo with me, were all friendly, approachable, and had a great service spirit. The hotel was also very stylish and lovely, and I became a big fan. I recommend it!”

”Great location right in the center of orchard road and sommerset MRT only next building, comfortable & spacious room, great customer service. Arrived to the hotel very early due to our flight arrival so we left luggage and do early check in to avoid rush time, however the lady to help us offer to give early check in by 11am. Made our day since we can quick sleep in. Thank you! ”

”Valitsen hotellit yleensä liikuntamahdollisuuksien perusteella. Vocon kuntosali oli kattava, tilava ja laitteet toimivat. Muuten hotellissa näkyi jo joissain paikoissa pientä kulumista. Palvelu oli kuitenkin erinomaista ja kaikki huoneessa olevat välineet toimivat. ”

”Goodwood Park Hotel oli pettymys, sillä se oli saanut erittäin hyvä arvostelut, mutta hotellin kunto ja taso ei todellakaan vastaa yli neljän tähden arvosanoja. Hotellia ei todellakaan ole 5-tähden paikka, jota sen väitetään olevan. Tilat ovat nuhjuiset (poislukien sisääntuloaula) ja huoneet nähneet parhaat päivänsä (vaihdoimme kolme kertaa huonetta, joten näimme niitä monta).
