”I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Amber at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us some great local restaurant recommendations and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gadsden. I’m hoping to bring my daughter back next year, and this will be my first choice for a place to stay. Highly recommend!”

”We had thought this hotel had a river view, but you could only see it as you got and off the main road. The room only had a desk chair, no other seating. It was a nice hotel but not as high quality as other Hampton hotels.”

”I didn't like the fact that the first floor door rattled when anyone came out of their room. I had to put a rolled towel under the door and prop a chair against it to keep it from rattling. I didn't get to sleep until after 10:30PM”

”This historic property is extremely well-maintained and very comfortable even for an extended stay. It is really the centerpiece of Anniston. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant after a bumpy check-in experience. Breakfast was generous if a little uneven. There are a few indications on Expedia that are not quite accurate anymore, but that doesn't take away from a generally very positive stay.”

”We needed a close place to stay and this was just that. There was a little bit of a smell. Not a bad smell. Maybe more like an insence. Air conditioner was great after being outside all day.”

”Upon arrival, we were told we had no reservation, then told we had already checked in. They had checked someone else into our room. Although the clerk fixed the mistake, I hope we're not paying for 2 rooms. The room appeared to be clean; however, the entire hotel had a moldy smell, and I didn't breath well all night. It was a very convenient location, right off the interstate with gas and food nearby.”

”The owner, Mr Kamal, let us know that the hotel will be getting renovations soon. The hotel was already good but it will be a GREAT stay soon. Maggie, Aahmaryiah, Mr. Peter, and Chloe were essential staff that made our stay WONDERFUL!! they were very helpful and assisted us when needed. The breakfast is a “full” breakfast and it was presented fresh and tasted great.”

”The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!”

”Our 1st room had AC issues, had to be moved to a different room but this was solved. Breakfast is not free.”
