”could not sleep all night because ac does not work saw 3 coackroaches in the room on the floor and in the bathroom. Also on the bed i saw somebody else s hair. Ac fan will not let you sleep from how loud it is I will file a complaint with osha and the health department about this facility”

”There was trash daily in hallways, overflowing trash cans everywhere. Liquid and food trash in elevators. The staircase was cleaner than the elevators. My room and the hallway it was off of smelled like mold, carpet in bad shape, obvious water damage, tub didn’t hold water, needed a wrench to turn on shower or any water going to shower, toilet randomly ran water consistently. Cable channels kept going out. Staff never answers phone forcing you to walk allllllll the way to the front desk, mostly...

When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. ”I booked a room for 4. Got one wash cloth. Was told every time I needed a new one I had to bring the old one up with me. Same as towels. When I told the front desk guy that I had 4 people. Told me it was policy. About 20 minutes after I told him to do his job in not so nice words. He called my room 20 minutes later and said he looked up their policies and I was correct, so I could come get enough for me and my kids to shower. Floors were dirty, bathroom was disgusting. Mirrors were dirty....

”There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere.”

”Room was used for what its intended for. Just needed to rest our heads n get ready for airport. Desk agent was cordial. Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked, it took away what the Room smelled of stewing. We git air freshners. Room was ok after. Bathroom light did not work. Breakfast consisted of frozen pastry thawed, coffee n juice dispensed at your leisure. At this day and age, we're thankful for anything complimentary.”

”This is a older hotel and it shows, the blanket, pillow cases, and sheets were very dingy, construction has most vehicle entrances blocked off, and you could only access the main entrance for entry to the hotel. I would definitely look to explore other hotels as there are several in the area, not what you expect when you stay at a Hilton property.”

”Door dead bolt was in the open position keeping the door propped open, bathroom cleaning looked like it was interrupted as the surfaces had been sprayed but not rinsed. Wrong times provided for the breakfast. Overall a very meh! experience.”
