”We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. ”This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. ”This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

”Great family vacation. We walked to dinner in the neighborhood and walked the dogs to the park, and walked to the metro to take in the sites, museums, and even a caps game. Close to the airport and a huge shopping center. We recommend the District Biscuit company...very yummy and close by. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and theres a great park nearby for dmall children to play. The house is very quiet with plenty of room for the whole family.”

”This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car.”

”The apartment was a little smaller than expected but it was big enough for my husband and I. I had a bit of a hard time getting the heater going because I am not familiar with split AC (the temp was 40⁰) so I messaged the owner and I got an immediate response with a instructional video. ”If your destination is Del Ray this is the perfect spot. Room is well appointed with nice kitchen and decent bathroom. It is right on mt. Vernon with lots of good dining options.the room is well insulated so barely any noise from the street, even on a Saturday night. Safe neighborhood and nice to walk around.
