”I was charged for a trip I could not make due to a bus driver accident. I was charged!!!”

”The hotel is in a great location beautiful, however, for what you pay I feel you should not have to pay for parking but you do. I did eat in the Shed Restaurant but the costumer service when I first got there wasn’t good but the waitress was amazing. Would I stay there again yes I would. The location is great”

”The bathroom floor was dirty, needed to be mopped and the telephone at bedside looked like it hadn't been dusted in months. Other than that, my stay was comfortable. The staff, including housekeeping were super nice and helpful.”

”We had 3 adults so one of us was sleeping on sofa. Sofa was not suitable for good sleep! In other hotels nowadays the sofas are almost as good as beds, but here the wires felt very hard. If we had travelled as couple, the room was good, but the smell ... it was bad. Maybe it was because some pet ? a dog? lucky that I am not allergic ... the breakfast was one apple, one muffin and coffee...and I was happy with that. the price/quality ok”

”The room was poor—it wasn't clean and had a bad odor. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly. I informed the front desk about this; the guest service was unsatisfactory.”

”Room is big and quiet at the back end of the hotel. Natural light and secure area to open a window during the day. Cleaning arranged with front desk. Public transportation available in the immediate area and security for guests parking.”

”The room was very comfortable and was perfect for a traveling person who needs quiet and plenty of space to organize their stuff. I took 2 naps and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and there's a Chick-fil-A across the street for good eats. I had a wonderful stay, I needed sleep, air conditioning (high humidity outside makes it hard for me to breathe after hiking. Thank you for the clean bed, towels were fluffy and plenty. See you again in my travels!”

”The A/C unit smelt like wet dog when turned on, there was dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom, the room smelt like cigarette smoke. All around horrible experience”

”Hiking trails were great. Not all facilities were open as advertised. Room was fairly sparse and we were given a room at the very very far end of the 3rd floor which seemed unnecessary since the hotel was not in a way full. Overall disappointing stay and not worth the money spent.”
