”The hotel served the purpose for my travel. Taking into account the price, I would say that it was value for the money. I had a quiet room in the basement, however no window. The cleanliness met my expectations and the personnel did they best to serve you although they needed a mobile phone transcription for communicating in English. On the first day I had to ask for hangers and a hair dryer but these were then provided. The air conditioning was functioning well. The location is very convenient...

”The air conditioner in my room was fine. I wouldn’t say it was ice cold, but it didn’t feel stuffy or sticky.
As for the water terrible during my stay, I had to change rooms because the showerhead was leaking water onto the floor and water during my showers were room temperature at its best. ”I booked this hotel cus the reviews were good !! Booked for two nights! When i was getting ready to shower the lights didn't work ! I called receptionist and she said that i had to wait till the morning to get it fixed! I asked for a refund and the lady said it was too much paperwork that had to be done ! She was also rude ! I ended up leaving and went for a better hotel where the light from the restroom actually work ! I guess i had to shower in the dark ! Place was old and dirty ! Save your ...

”I was reserving the hotel because of a good offer they had. Hotel is brand new so everything is modern.
Bathroom is very good, shower is modern and it's easy to adjust water temperature because there is only one handle for adjusting temperature instead of the old fashioned two which you still see often in Colombian hotels. Also the sink where you wash hands has enough of space even for bigger hands, and I like that!
I think room in general is almost excellent. Only thing that it is...

”The basic King bedroom was ample in size. The pool rooftop had a nice view of the mountains and the city. I didn't visit the other pools. The hotel restaurant (Mediterranean fusion) was ok. I recommend eating elsewhere, it's convenient but not great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I purchased the breakfast onsite instead of paying during the Expedia booking and that was a BIG mistake. They charged me $28 USD! So if you see the option to pay for breakfast when you book the room, just pay...
