Designed down to the smallest detail, this property has all the characteristics to transform ordinary holidays into an unforgettable experience. The heatable pool is directly accessible from the living room, while the outdoor area features a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals with sea views and a relaxing atmosphere, also allowing supervision of children in the pool.



Inside, the villa has air conditioning (cooling and heating), an elegant living and dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and an impressive games room.



Located in a quiet residential area, just 750 metres from the beach, it is a short distance from the village centre and the seafront avenue, where you can enjoy a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and even an art museum.



The nearest beach (less than 8 minutes walk) is Praia de Armação de Pêra, which extends to Galé in Albufeira, forming the largest continuous sand strip in central Algarve. Here, you will find excellent beach restaurants, water sports activities, and much more.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).



A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Price for up to 12 persons

From the 13th to the 20th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.(only € 98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)
