Etelään päin oleva, rakkaudella rakennettu ja kalustettu huvila sijaitsee Porchesin lähellä erittäin suositussa urbanizaçoossa, hiljaa umpikujan päässä. Kaupat, ravintolat, kahvilat, baarit ja kaikki muut palvelut päivittäisiin tarpeisiin ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä ja joskus kävelyetäisyydellä.

Tämä huvila on hyvin erikoinen. Kiinteistö kasattiin ennen rakentamista niin, että sillä on korkea sijainti ja se tarjoaa kauniit näkymät muihin hyvin hoidettuihin huviloihin ja ympäröivään alueeseen. Lisäksi huvila on rakennettu Ytong-kiveistä, jotka takaavat miellyttävän, luonnollisesti viileän lämpötilan kesällä eivätkä anna talon jäähtyä talvikuukausina.

Pohjakerroksessa on erittäin suuri olohuone ja ruokasali, erillinen keittiö, 2 makuuhuonetta, vieras-wc ja kodinhoitohuone, sekä varuste- ja työkaluhuone, josta pääsee puutarhaan. Puuseppä on erityisesti tehnyt ruokasalin vieressä olevan keittiön, ja se on varustettu korkealaatuisilla laitteilla ja siinä on erillinen varastotila. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ovat tilavia, niissä on suuret vaatekaapit ja jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone lattialämmityksellä.
Suuret lasiovet johtavat olohuoneesta osittain katetulle terassille, lämmitettyyn uima-altaaseen ja erittäin hoidettuun puutarhaan, jossa on eksoottisia puita, monia pensaita ja palmuja. Korkea hedge ympäröi täysin aidattua omaisuutta ja tarjoaa täydellisen yksityisyyden. Suuri BBQ-alue, jossa on tiilipöytä, jossa marmorilattia ja penkit, mahtuu 10 henkilöä.

Yläkerraa voidaan käyttää itsenäisenä asunnona. Siihen on pääsy pohjakerroksen sisäänkäynnin alueelta sekä talon oikealla puolella sijaitsevan sadon "Tuhkimo portaat" kautta. Siellä on 2 makuuhuonetta, tilava kylpyhuone lattialämmityksellä ja toinen huone, joka on tällä hetkellä kolmas Makuuhuone on käytetty. Se on kuitenkin avoin makuuhuone, koska se toimii myös käytävänä kahdelle muulle makuuhuoneelle tässä kerroksessa. Koska huoneessa on takka, tätä tilaa voidaan käyttää myös olohuoneena. Suuri, suojainen terassi tarjoaa upeat näkymät.

We had some issues with the property upon our arrival. We had no running hot water for 24 hours. That was an issue for us as we had to take cold showers. The property needs a little bit of work. A bees nest outside one of the rooms. The place wasn't clean dead bugs on beds. Ants in the washroom where i had my toothbrush and toothpaste.

Sonja and Estrela were terrific hosts. The home is large and immaculate and the pool was AMAZING. It worked very well for our family, and we had a great time there. We felt safe, secure, and well cared for. We would certainly recommend it to others. A few minor items to note for those who may not be familiar with the area: 1. Like most homes in the Algarve, it does not have air conditioning. It often cools down at night, but even with a fan (which the home provides), it can be warm on hot days. 2. There is no indoor oven. We did not cook in the house, but that may be a surprise for some visitors. 3. The washing machine and bathrooms all worked absolutely perfectly, but we used our own soap in both. If laundry or hand soaps were available, we didn't find them. 4. Porches has some beautiful vineyards nearby, and the nearest beach is only 10 minutes by car, but the more extravagant beaches are 20 minutes (or more) away. Its location also contributes to the temperature, as it is not beach front. However, Sonja's pool front is gorgeous, and we were very pleased to spend time there.

The house was spacious, clean and ideal for a quiet, relaxing family holiday. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but with good access from the main road, which was on occasion audible. The area is quieter than the other touristy areas but with lots of places to eat within driving distance. I would recommend a having a car to get around if staying in this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful and well-maintained house in a convenient location (bakery, supermarkets, and beautiful beaches are all reachable by car within a few minutes - walking to a nearby cove took us about 30 minutes). The pool is nice (with enough sunbeds) and, just like the house, well-maintained. We really enjoyed the garden with its beautiful and varied vegetation, including dozens of different flowers. Kids find plenty of space for playing, and the wonderful patios provided shade during the entire day. All the windows and patio doors had both shutters and insect screens. Overall, we found the description to be very accurate. The few things we would call out (and that are easily fixable) are the cleanliness and overall state/quality of the cutlery, and the lack of blankets for sitting outside on chilly evenings. We bought a chimney starter and left it at the house, so that should hopefully solve the problem of getting the grill started for future guests :).

La villa est idéalement située à quelques minutes des plus gros points d’intérêt d’Algarve. La propriétaire est à l’écoute et très facilement joignable. Je recommande cette villa pour son rapport qualité/prix.

Perfect villa for our holiday. Plenty of space for the family to relax. Pool, terrace and gardens were lovely. The villa is a short drive to the beaches and the local supermarket is a few minutes by car. The only downside was lack of oven but even that had an upside as it meant my teenage son left his room and improved bbq skills. We were there when the temperature was in the late 30’s and the villa had a lovely breeze coming through it. Sonja was attentive before and throughout our holiday which is reassuring. All in all a fantastic holiday in a stunning villa. Thank you

One word- wow!! The home is beautiful and clean. Stylishly decorated and has everything you could need. The pool is amazing; along with everything else. Fab area, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops… Sonja was absolutely lovely, being very helpful along the way and is great at keeping in touch and making sure everything is running smoothly. Would totally recommend this property and would love to come back!:)

The house and garden is lovely, the heated pool and the BBQ is a plus! Communication with Sonja was perfect. What could be improved: explaining better how to get to the house as google maps get you lost in the area at the opposite of the house. Also, it would be nice to have soap available in the main areas and more bean bags/ washing tablets.

The villa was a wonderful place to relax. We swam in the pool, and had lunches outside on the patio. Sonja quickly addressed some minor issues and we were set for the rest of our stay. The location is good if you want to explore the beautiful beaches in that area. We visited several and they are all a 15 to 20 minute drive away. It was very convenient as we had to go back to the house and out again frequently. There are nearby grocery stores if you want to cook and several coffee places and restaurants within 5 minutes. I wish we had more days to explore more! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Erg mooi en verrassend grote villa. Alles was erg netjes en schoon. Het zwembad vonden de kinderen helemaal super. Ze doken smorgens meteen het zwembad in (we hadden het zwembad laten verwarmen tot 30 graden, erg lekker). Smiddags heerlijk bbqen aan het zwembad en de supermarkt is op paar minuten afstand dus alles is zo gehaald. De locatie is ook erg goed. Met 8min ben je bijvoorbeeld bij Marinha Beach, met 16min ben je in Carvoeira en met 25min ben je in Albufeira. Wij hebben genoten! Mooie villa, top locatie!

We were at Porches at the end of april and the beginning of may. We had a great time! The house is very nice and clean, with plenty space for everyone. We were with 4 adults and 2 kids. The swimming pool was used a lot, and was heated to a temperature of 28 degrees celsius, lovely! If you drive 5 to 10 minutes you are at the supermarket and the beach, so the location is fine. The owner is very kind and if we had a question about the house, she responded within a few minutes. We would go back here some day!

Die Villa hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig und auch architektonisch interessant. Da wir die ersten Gäste in diesem Jahr waren gab es verschiedene kleinere Probleme, welche aber alle schnell und unproblematisch behoben wurden. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin und zu den Betreuern vor Ort war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein Highlight war der beheizte Pool, den wir gründlich genossen haben. Wir können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Parfaite communication avec la gérante , très agréable, la maison est conforme à l annonce, ultra propre , lieu calme à l abri des regards, chambre spacieuse, les douches immenses, petit bémol sur la cuisine et les équipements par exemple peu de couverts, certains en plastique , sinon excellent séjour nous reviendrons sans problème !

É uma vivenda com uma boa piscina, espaço ao redor da mesma muito bom, grelhador satisfatório com muita madeira para queimar , só um senão - à noite tem muita pouca iluminação para fazer grelhados. Interiormente muito grande , quartos espaçosos , todos com wc , sala enorme , cozinha mais pequena mas toda equipada. Foram umas férias muito bem passadas e pessoalmente recomendo.
