Modernissa 2 makuuhuoneen ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneistossa Algorfassa, parveke, ilmastointi, langaton internet, 43 ”TV olohuoneessa ja pieni TV makuuhuoneessa, täysin kalustettu. Huoneisto sijaitsee vain 30 minuutin päässä joko Alicanten tai Murcian lentokentiltä ja vain 12 minuutin päässä kauniilta Guardamar del Seguran hiekkarannalta. Huoneisto sijaitsee perinteisessä espanjalaisessa kaupungissa, jota ympäröivät sitruuna- ja appelsiinipuut, pienellä aidatulla asuinkompleksilla, jossa on sekoitus asuin- ja loma-asuntoja, on uima-allas suihkulla. Lohkossa on hissi. Vain lyhyen matkan päässä PUB / ravintoloista, kahviloista, paikallisista kaupoista ja kylän aukiosta, jossa on lasten leikkipaikka.
Vain 5 minuutin päässä loistavasta 5 tähden La Finca -kurssista, joka on golfaajien paratiisi, 10-15 minuutin päässä järvistä ja Torreviejaan. Siellä on myös Internet-yhteys (wi-fi), mutta koska se on yhteisöllinen, emme voi taata nopeutta.

Fabulous 2 weeks

We had a lovely 2 weeks, the apt is so perfectly located for the villages restaurants and bars, the apt is very well equipped, clean and perfect for our family of 4. If your expecting something ultra modern then it’s not for you it is a little dated but still perfect, we would definitely go again, the owner is brilliant at communication and comes back to you very quickly. Stacy the lady who looks after the keys and the apt is lovely even contacted me half way through the holiday to see if all was ok. Everyone is really friendly around the apartments too. Thank you for a lovely 2 weeks!! X

Nous sommes parties en famille Avons attendu plus d'1h30 pour récupérer les clés alors que nous avions un Rendez-vous à 15h sous une forte chaleur Nous avons du demander après le badge pour la piscine on nous répond qu'il y en avait pas Il a été perdu par les locataires précédent Il faut compter 1 à 2 jours pour en avoir un nouveau badge Tous les jours le délai pour avoir le badge augmenté en nous faisant comprendre qu'ont les ennuyé de poser cette question Nous sommes restés 9 jours sans badge Lors de notre arrivée nous avons dû commencer par dégivrer le frigo qui avait une plaque de givre d'au moins 5cm et j'ai dû relaver toute la vaisselle et l'intérieur des meubles qui étaient tous gras. Mécontents nous avons anticipé notre départ et nous avons demandé un dédommagement pour les jours où nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine De la on nous renvoie un mail en nous accusant d'avoir cassé une partie du climatiseur Alors qu'aucun état des lieux n'avait été effectué lors de notre arrivée Ce jour là on nous avait dit que le jour de notre départ il fallait mettre les clés dans la boite au lettre donc il n'y aurait pas eu en notre présence d'état des lieux de sortie

Schöne Anlaga Algorfa

Paul und Michel ist ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Trotz später Ankunft war er flexibel und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Alles entsprach den Vorstellungen, die uns durch Bilder vermittelt wurden. Die Wohnung ist etwas abgelegen vom Stadtzentrumdeshalb bietet sie viel Ruhe und Zeit zum Entspannen. Die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich und größtenteils einheimisch, sodass morgens beim Frühstück holen oder beim Gang zum Strand ein schöner spanischer Flair aufkommt. Insgesamt ein sehr tolles Apartment!

Great apartment and lovely area to have a base

It was a lovely apartment with great places to visit and eat all around even better as was very last minute actually was already in resort and was let down by the villa we actually had booked. Great service from Andy and the owner Paul was bang on with emails and let us in a hour early to check in!! Only thing was neighbours bit noisy at nights but it's there home and we was only there on holiday so didn't mention to them. Will be back 100% and we will play la finca golf course is right on your door step which looked AMAZING thanks again speak soon to book next stay

Being Honest, it was like home with all the commodies required for a family of 3 and more.

Sleeping at the wrong hours and rising late in the day- SPAIN always makes you relax and especially in Agorfa. Took a few days to find my bearings while driving in this region of Agorfa however after a few days I understood where exactly you can drive to find everywhere you wanted to go while it may be quicker or not. Guardamar beach was always close, 30/40 minutes and pleasure most days. Shopping was a pleasure as we love Fish and much more, everything different but excellent.

Review of Algorfa apartment ID 6935044

The property was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with clean towels and all other necessary facilities. The location was central to the main town and made every day shopping, eating out etc. very convenient. There were ample parking facilities outside the apartment complex. The owner Paul left us a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome. We would definitely recommend this very comfortable,clean, well presented property. Clean Apartment in a nice location

The apartment is very clean and tidy (i especially liked the under the cupboard lights in the kitchen). The apartment is ideal for a couple who wish to use it as a base to explore the area as it is close only about 20 minuets to the beach. The town of Algorfa is a mix of Spanish and English with a nice mix of resturants and bars to suite most people. The apartment is close to the village square so idea at Fiesta times. I had to stay at this apartment at very short notice and leave just as quick and Paul was very quick at responding to my messages and arranging my stay/departure. He was extremely helpful and would stay here again if when we next visit Algorfa.

Lovely apartment in a lovely setting, very well equipped and comfortable. The apartment was clean, the lady who looks after the property was lovely and helpful. It was definitely good value for money. Would certainly recommend to others!!!
