The property has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious basement fitted out as a leisure area, where you will find a Smart TV, table football and a small gym to enjoy during your days off as well. The master bedroom features a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private terrace with mountain views.



The bright living room offers a welcoming atmosphere thanks to its wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning, whilst the separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, washing machine and tumble dryer, so you won't lack anything during your stay.



Outside you can enjoy a private swimming pool, garden, terrace, charcoal barbecue and an outdoor dining area, ideal for relaxing with family or sharing pleasant evenings. Additionally, the property has covered parking for two vehicles within the plot and additional space for parking on the street.
