This area is surrounded by forest, providing a natural and peaceful environment, and has a gas barbecue and a decorative viewpoint with a swing (not enabled for use). The exterior area of the house is located on a terrace, with a terrace that offers views of the mountain and the forest. Here you will find a covered area with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture for dinners or lunches outdoors, directly connected to the main living room for greater comfort. The parking is spacious and comfortable, with access to an inner courtyard with a fountain, which serves as the main entrance. The interior is equally welcoming and functional.
