An excellent property in top grand condition, nothing was left out. They are modern, fresh and clean and the staff were super. They are located in the old quarter and 5 minutes from the sea front.

Väldigt fräscht och trevligt lägenhetshotell. Vi sov gott 3 personer med en stor dubbelsäng och en stor bäddsoffa. Väldigt trevligt bemötande i receptionen och vi fick checka in tidigt utan problem.

Mycket bra boende, rent och fräscht. Bodde högst upp i penthouse med 2 sovrum, 2 badrum och 2 altaner,mycket trevligt, dock lite lyhört från gatan. Boendet ligger i gamla stan,nära till sevärdheter, strandpromenaden ,fik och resturanger. Utmärkt service från Abdel. Det är rökning förbjuden på boendet men ändå står den manliga städaren och röker högst upp vid städförrådet, det är inte OK.

First class accommodation
We arrived at the apt a couple of hours early and we were just going to leave our bags and come back later - Abdel at the desk arranged for us to come back in 30 mins and he would have it ready for us. We couldn’t fault Abdel or the apt Everything was first class and we will definitely be recommending it to people and using again when we come back to Alicante

Excellent place
The suites are really well located close to everything and about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. The suite had everything you could need and seemed brand new. There was a bit of noise from the street but nothing that would keep you awake as they've put in two sets of windows. I highly recommend Arenal Suites.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting alicante, Spain.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Alicante.
This is a fantastic apartment in the old town area of Alicante. Modern, clean and accessible. Well fitted out. Positives are its position for the sea-front promenade and shops and restaurants, and the condition of the apartment. Negatives are the noise level if you stay in one of the apartments at the front overlooking a busy alley with bars and restaurants. The noise continues most of the night, certainly until 3 or 4 am. Hot water was just sufficient, but a hotter shower temperature would have been helpful.

Die Lage zur Stadterkundung ist perfekt. Toll ist die Klimaanlage in der Unterkunft. Es wurde regelmässig und gut gereinigt. Das Internet war zuverlässig. Dass die Unterkunft umgeben von Bars und Restaurants liegt und dadurch etwas laut war, hat uns nicht gestört; bei geschlossenen Fenstern war kaum noch etwas zu hören. Wir hatten eine tolle erholsame Woche, auch wegen des guten Bettes. Negativ ist nur, dass direkt neben dem Apartementhaus aktuell gebaut wird und es dadurch zwischenzeitlich Baulärm gibt.
