Hotelli sijaitsee vanhankaupungin ytimessä, joten kaikki nähtävyydet ja ravintolat ovat kävelyetäisyydellǎ. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja heidän kauttaan oli helppo tehdä ravintolavarauksia. Huoneemme oli siisti ja tilava, kerrankin myös kylpyhuoneessa oli säilytystilaa. Laatikostoja vaatteille olisi voinut olla hieman enemmän. Vaikka sijainti on keskeine, hotelli oli hiljainen.

Fantastic stay
Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff and service level was superb, and also the hotel itself is very clean, modern and in perfect condition. In addition, the location is very good. I can highly recommend if you are staying in Alicante! (The Sunday brunch concept is also very nice!)

We had a short visit to Alicante and the choice of hotel made the trip awesome! Hospes Amerigo must be one of the finest hotels i’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Friendly and helping staff, amazing rooms and pool on the top floor. Highly recommended!!!

Tilavat huoneet, laatuaamiainen ja lämmin allas
Hotelli oli onnistunut valinta. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja huolehtivaa, superior-huone tilava ja toimiva. Hotellin uima-allas on lämmitetty, joten pääsimme uimaan vaikka oli viileä helmikuu. Uima-altaalta on hienot näkymät. Huonepalvelusta voi tilata herkkuja tapas-baarista. Aamiainen oli myös korkeatasoinen. Amerigo ei ehkä ihan yllä pääkaupunkien "viiden tähden" tasoon kokonaisuudessaan, mutta mitään oleellista ei täältä puutu.

Superb service with smiles
One night with three teenagers. We got a family suite that was actually two connected rooms which was perfect. The hotel personnel were so friendly and gave excellent service with smiles from the first to the last minute of our stay.

Beautiful room, very big. Lovely big and comfortable bed. We had some black hairs in the room, who were not ours and the sink of the bathtub did not work as it should. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is wonderful, with a great view, great spot to catch some sun out of the wind. Sauna is separated for men and women but nice and clean. Most off the time you have a ‘private’ sauna.

Everything good except the bath/shower. To get in and out of the bath to have a shower was far too dangerous and difficult for a person in their 70s. This needs an urgent redesign. Less important -was enormous chairs taking up too much space in small bedroom. But overall we loved this hotel.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent; with warm and hot dishes.

Lovely hotel in central location
We stayed for 4 nights in a suite at this lovely hotel in Alicate. This was soon after our hire car had been broken into and all our stuff stolen. The staff were very helpful and sympathetic, and we appreciated leaving our car in their secure garage. The suite was very clean , with lovely sofas and comfortable beds. The hotel is very central in the old town, well placed to visit the castle and churches.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Alicante’s “old town” the staff is welcoming, professional, and helpful. Our room was nice and comfortable, but had a couple quirks. It was up a winding stairway, with a shower whose temp regulator had a mind of its own, and where the frosted glass door to the toilet was hard to close. But these are really not-picky details that do not diminish the overall quality of the place. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very convenient and walkable to shops, dining, sightseeing and the beach. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. The one issue I had with the room was when you are wearing the hotel slippers the bathroom floor can be very slippery so you have to be careful. The buffet breakfast has many offerings and was very good. I was very comfortable here and felt safe. We were not prepared to be told when we arrived that the hotel parking was full which at first was inconvenient but the staff quickly directed us to a public parking garage that was a quick 5 minutes walk and half the cost so in the end it was better for us.
