Very basic accommodation. Rooms are dated and in terrible condition (eg tiles have separated from adjoining grout). Some lights don’t work, others flicker all night even when switched off. No bed heads so the bed mattress rolls every time you try to get in. Would not stay here again.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Doppelzimmer, aber ok
Das Hotel lag zwar sehr zentral, unser Doppelzimmer war jedoch trotz sehr schöner Fotos auf hotels.com etwas in die Jahre gekommen... am meisten irritiert hat uns die Schiebetüre, welche eigentlich leicht aufgebrochen werden konnte. Auch das Bad war etwas veraltet, aber ok. Vielleicht gab es modernere Zimmer, aber unseres definitiv nicht. Der Pool wurde in eine kleine Ecke gedrängt (ohne Liegestühle etc.) und wirkte leider nicht sehr einladend. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber ok, da sehr zentral gelegen! Und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Und das Auto konnte kostenlos in der Garage geparkt werden, super (vor allem bei 40 Grad Aussentemperatur!).

Don’t book this hotel
Tired hotel. No receptionist on arrival and had to wait approximately 15 minutes with no apology when they finally arrived. Lift wasn’t working so had to carry cases up stairs No running cold water. Shower dangerously hot when only using cold water Room wasn’t cleaned and no help could be given to rectify this When booking this room it should be stipulated that some guests are paid for by the government. It was not a nice environment to be in and noisy at night with persons shouting

I had very bad noise issues for both nights.. and whilst management cannot control some issues, they can others. had a resolution in the end with the manager and i appreciated that.. however reception was not manned 24 hours as advertised, if night person goes away from desk the reception number should be patched through to his mobile. It was not.. hopefully this is resolved in the future by management. Good luck

Motel-style accommodation in the CBD
This hotel feels more like a motel. You access the rooms via external corridors and the windows open onto the corridors. The location is great--right on the Todd Mall. The room itself was comfortable, with plenty of space to place my stuff. I was not pleased with breakfast. It included a limited selection of hot items and juice, tea of coffee. There was no fruit, cereal, or breads. I had a better breakfast by going two blocks to Woolies!

Bed was comfy & staff were friendly. The place itself needs some tlc and updating. The shower head in our room kept falling off. Our room also had a slight smell. Overpriced for what it was.

Das Hotel war ganz in Ordnung. Leider hat es im Zimmer keine Fenster. Die Fenster im WC und in der Dusche sind mit einer matten Folie beklebt, wahrscheinlich wegen den hohen Temperaturen im Sommer. Ich hatte ein Problem mit einer doppelten Buchung. Bis der doppelt belastete Zimmerpreis wieder gutgeschrieben wurde war viel Aufwand erforderlich.

Pretty old and worn. Some pf the fixtures and fittings need a refresh. Door on my Deluxe room was stiff, cupboard doors on wardrobe came off the track and would not open and close. Dual access to the room was a little unnerving as it was unlocked before I entered. Two saving graces were the shower, it was bloody amazing, and the comfortable bed. Not far to a Woolies and other places to town. A bit overpriced for the quality of room.

Fire alarm went off before 6 because someone didn’t close the bathroom door as they showered. Took almost 20mins to be told what was happening. My evacuation plan had been removed from the door. Surely something can be done to avoid this problem?!

Great location, clean and comfortable The fridge wasn’t working but staff arranged it’s repair quickly. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor and one of the main gates was broken so night time security was compromised Pool was in shade and very little vegetation in garden But overall good value

Whilst the reception area is nice, the room we had was not. The toilet seat was cracked and there was an obnoxious smell-like too much carpet powder cleanser. It is dingy and in need of an up date. The carpet around the elevator-which was dirty-was filthy. It was late when we arrived and I did not feel like going back down stairs to reception to complain. The information about where to go for breakfast was out of date and incorrect. The shop, Bella Alice did not open until 5:30pm. The reception staff were helpful.

The hotel was well situated with a good choice of dining very close by. Other shops, galleries and town attractions were all within 5-10 minutes walk. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

After changing from a room on the second floor due to noise i was kindly moved to another on the 4th. This room was so quiet and lovely. I will return knowing which room to request.The staff were most helpful and friendly. The area is brilliant with rear access to a lovely Italian restaurant and the shops. Reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay.
