Beach front vacation rental - perfect for families!

Located in the center of Alice Town, Hanna's House is a very spacious 2nd floor, 1,400 SF 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. This beachfront home is within walking distance to Radio Beach and many local restaurants and shops, and also just up the hill from Big Game Marina.

The large great room includes a large sleeper sectional and dining table with seating for 8. The newly installed fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a freshly brewed cup of Nespresso or a delicious meal.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves or take in the beach views from the Master suite which has a King size bed, sitting area and an ensuite bath with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, and an ensuite bath with a shower and double vanity. The half bath is located in the great room.

Off of the great room are sliders that lead out to the wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy the beach and sunset views.

The home has wireless internet, and is fully airconditioned, with ceiling fans and TVs in each room. Board games, beach chairs, beach blankets, beach towels, umbrella's and beach toy's available for use.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The location is perfect with easy walking access to everything in Alice Town, plus there was a golf cart available to use for a small additional fee. Jennifer greeted us with fresh bread and showed us around the beautifully furnished and spotless home. We grabbed the provided beach chairs and towels and spent the day on the beautiful beach across from the home. The A/C was cold and the bed was super comfortable. It was only my husband and myself this trip, but with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large living room and kitchen space, this would be a great spot for a family. Highly recommend, especially if you'd like to avoid the cruise ship crowds on the northern part of the island!

Lovely home, Jennifer (the host) was very helpful and kind, listening to the ocean as we dozed off at night was blissful, good fishing (and eating the fresh fish we caught), overall lovely place to spend our vacation.

The house is just lovely and perfect for our family. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great A/C. We were there for the diving and it was the perfect spot. We could walk to Big Game and the dive boats. Right down the road is a small jetty where we snorkeled and saw lots of sea life, shells and sea glass. I know some might opt for the fancy new resort north of this house, but if you want to really experience Bimini, talk to the locals and enjoy the natural beach and waters that Bimini offers, this is your spot. This was my 5th time to Bimini and I always stay in this area.Our host, Jennifer, was very friendly, helpful and available. I highly recommend this house and the host! We will be back!

Location, Location, Location

Stayed at this awesome property from July 20, 2025 to July 25, 2025. We were not disappointed. The home was roomy, clean and had everything you could ask for. You wake up to a beautiful view of the tropical blue/green waters and end the day with front row seats to incredible sunsets. The home had water toys, sand toys, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas. You walk across the street to the beach. We ate at JJ's, a BBQ right next to JJ's and Latitude 25 Kokoplus. I would eat at all of them again. All the food was reasonably priced. Drinks at all were pricy. Kokoplums has beach chairs, umbrellas, volleyball and cornhole all for free. If you want to splurge you can go to Resorts and buy a day pass for 40.00 and enjoy all there amenities. I would say renting a golf cart is a must. Jennifer, the host, has one you can rent. Jennifer was wonderful. We will definitely return.Oh, we saw manta-rays, very friendly, fish and an octopus snorkeling out front.

This place is such truly a hidden gem! My family of four along with my brother’s family of three stayed together and we had more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen and living space are huge. The beds are super comfortable. You’ll find beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys. The beach is right across the street and you’re centrally located to some of the best food on the island (Big Game Club). Can’t wait to stay again. Thank you again, Jennifer!

Spacious Comfortable & Amazing Views

After many trips to Bimini so happy to have discovered this amazing place. Large balcony for relaxing outdoor. Master is Huge with bathroom inside 2nd Room also has the bathroom inside and there's a 1/2 bathroom as well next to the kitchen. Kitchen was our favorite part since we purchased and cooked a couple of dozen lobsters ! First time I was impressed by having 3 cuban espresso cafeteras on a property :) Met the owner and well that was icing on the cake... It's not everyday you meet Great people !!! Will be back !!

Beautiful and Clean Place

My wife and I would highly recommend staying here. I have been traveling over to Bimini for 30 years and have stayed at many places throughout the years from the North end of North Bimini where the resort is to the South End of North Bimini where Jennifer's place is. Jennifer's has become our go to now. It is very clean, has a great location on the Beach, and is very safe (which is kind of a no brainer since I feel Bimini as a whole is very safe). Communication with Jennifer is always easy and she is very responsive and accommodating. Because Bimini is a small narrow island, getting around the island by Golf Cart (recommended) is very easy. So even if you want to spend time at the Resort/ Casino area, it is a short golf cart ride north and when you want to get away from the cruise ship crowds, you are a short golf cart ride south back to your home away from home at Jennifers.

Great little gem

We loved our visit to Bimini and staying here. It was private, quiet, amazing view of the ocean. Across our own little private beach. Jennifer and her family were wonderful- my husband and I enjoyed the local vibe vs commercialized side. Highly recommend this cozy, well put together beach house.

A wonderful retreat!

We were two couples traveling together and this place was perfect. The views are amazing from the deck, The apartment is nicely appointed and super comfortable. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy the local scene. If you want a gated community, go to the other end of the island. If you want to find great local restaurants, bakeries and visit local grocery stores, stay here. The beach across the street has amazing snorkeling and swimming and Radio Beach is less than 200 yards south. Jennifer and her family are great hosts and it was fun to feel a little less like a tourist and more like a local.

A three night cousins trip to the Beautiful Island of Bimini. We had an ocean view in most of the windows with a gentle ocean breeze and no bugs. The location is perfect to get around the island. I always felt safe. I cannot say enough good about Jennifer and Bimini.

True Bahamian experience

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful home. Everyone was so friendly. We got to experience the non tourist part of Bimini. Local restaurants are close by. Best view and just a short hop to the ocean. Jennifer helped us get a taxi ride to the house, and secure a golf cart for our stay. This was truly an experience my family and I will always cherish. Make sure you check out Nate’s Bimini bread close by.

Amazing views

Jennifer lives close by and helpful during our stay. The home has amazing views of the sunset and overlooks the ocean, it's a block from main street and central to where the locals live. She has chairs for the beach and a few options for snorkeling equipment. The locals we meet were beautiful people, kind and helpful and content with less "stuff". Jennifers home is one of the nicest we saw - it's very safe here but you will be in the midst of homes which need much work. Grateful for the golf cart, def need one to get around the island. Here's a few things we found: Stuarts, great place for beers and ceviche. Everything is expensive, ask locals where they eat. Def visit the water depot, they fill your gallons for 1 (or pay 3-6 at the stores). Bring snacks, pretty limited options. As for travel, we made the mistake of booking with Silver Airways, they cancelled our flight home (happens routinely) just lil more than a day from our flight. The ferry is ridiculous priced and takes minimum of 2 hours. Jennifer was helpful during our scrambling to find options.

If you're looking for the best accommodation on the island, you can stop reading now -- this is the one. Located on the quiet, serene part of the island, this gem offers a peaceful retreat away from Resorts World. The property is incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and has stunning ocean views that you can enjoy directly from your own little slice of the beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean - no need for a sound machine. Plus the host truly goes above and beyond to ensure you feel at home and catch the friendly and welcoming island vibe.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Bimini. And if you're coming to dive, Neal's dive shop is a 3 minute walk!
