Welcome to Amamare Luxury Villa, your private 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront retreat in the beautiful island of Bimini. Designed for families and groups seeking both comfort and adventure, the villa offers the perfect balance of luxury, fun, and island charm.



Dock your boat at the 90-ft private dock, unwind by the pool, or relax in one of the hammocks with breathtaking sunset views over the turquoise waters. Whether you’re looking to explore or simply disconnect, Amamare makes every moment unforgettable.



Each stay includes a special welcome treat — either a cake, cake poppers, or a fresh fruit basket. Guests booking four nights or more will also enjoy a traditional Bahamian dinner catered directly to the villa, complete with appetizer, entrée, and dessert prepared by a local chef.



Outdoor Living



Step into your tropical oasis surrounded by lush palms and ocean breezes. Lounge on the sun beds, soak in the pool, or gather around the BBQ and fire pit for an evening under the stars.



Guests can enjoy friendly competition with games of dominoes, ping pong, golf putting, or hacky sack — perfect for both kids and adults.



When you’re ready to explore, one of the community’s pools is located directly in front of the villa. A short walk across the bridge brings you to Paradise Beach, known for its soft white sand and crystal-clear waters.

Enjoy three levels of modern island comfort, fully equipped for a memorable stay.



Living Area:

A spacious living room with a 75-inch smart TV, surround sound, and plenty of seating for the whole family. Board games, poker, chess, and a kids’ play area with puzzles and toys are provided for entertainment.



Kitchen & Dining:

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes coffee makers (drip, Nespresso, and Cuban), a rice cooker, toaster, panini press, and all essentials for preparing meals. The dining area is perfect for shared family dinners or celebrating special occasions.



Bedrooms:



Master Suite (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and private access to the backyard.



Guest Master (Sleeps 2): Queen bed, ensuite bath, and private backyard access.



Queen Room (Sleeps 2): Private sunrise porch with coffee table and chairs.



Kids’ Room (Sleeps 6): Two twin-over-full bunk beds.



An additional full bathroom and a half bath are located near the entrance.

Please note: Access to Resort World Hotel amenities, such as the gym and two additional pools, requires the purchase of a Resort World day pass.

Other Details to Note



Weather Policy: If verified severe weather affects your trip, notify us at least three days before check-in and we’ll rebook your stay free of charge for future available dates.



Boating: One boat dock is included per stay (up to four total available for an additional fee). Fresh water and two 50-amp hookups are provided.



Vacation Planning: We are happy to assist with private charters, golf cart rentals, and transportation to and from the island.



Special Occasions: While not included in your stay, we’d love to help make your trip unforgettable. Contact us to arrange custom cakes, fruit platters, or private dinners catered to the villa for birthdays, anniversaries, or any celebration.



Utility Information: The villa is located on a private island where brief water or electricity outages may occasionally occur. We’ll keep you informed and ensure your comfort at all times.
