Karavaanialueet – Aliso Viejo

”Excellent hotel. Will stay here again for sure! Very clean, very inviting, great staff, walkable, great gym and very easy to use free laundry facilities.”

”The room is clean but the carpet needs to be cleaned. It was somewhat sticky and stained. The shower door doesn’t close well because the water spills out creating a puddle in the bathroom floor. The AC was very noisy. The closet cheap wood was chipping off. I don’t know why is my room or the building the farthest from the street is ocean view when the view is blocked by a lot of trees and scrubs. Overall the place needs work-maintenance and upgrades. It needs to be updated. Oh yeah, no...

”Friendly and clean”

”Staff was friendly and promised to only charge us for parking for 1 night but saw an additional $20 charge for parking on the second day of my stay. Wifi was unstable, the TV wasn’t plugged in so we had to troubleshoot that ourselves, and some of the lights weren’t turning on/flickering. I think this place is okay but not worth $150 a night. They are better places to stay.”

”Number one there was not a washer or dryer available and I did not realize that I went there to chill relax and get rejuvenated not be told by the rude check-in lady that I must submit to getting my room cleaned every three days. I’ve never had that happen at a hotel I will never go back.”

”Clean room but dated. Staff were great and helpful. Parking was underground and OK!”

”Clean and staff are friendly.”
