”When we first walked into the hotel, I was struck by the smell of the spa. The hotel ws very well decorated and beautiful. We had come to Mission Viejo from Arizona for my sister's funeral. The hotel offered comfort and beauty, so restful. Our room was so wonderful. We had an ADA room which was perfect.
The restaurant was great too. Christian made sure that we didn't need anything. By the way, the Asian salad was super delicious.”

”I drove an hour and a half to check my 18-year-old daughter in early. When I arrived, Adam at the front desk told me he had everything he needed to complete the check-in. He said my daughter would only need to show her ID to pick up the room key and that he would call me when the room was ready.
That call never came.
