”Had to ask repeatedly for fresh sheets and bath towels and they finally cleaned the room after 3 days of requesting it. Even hung the sign up for service but it got ignored. We were the only room that had a car there for 5 days and they couldn’t even get our room cleaned even when we called for service day after day. Just excuses on why they didn’t check it. Always had an excuse for everything. No a/c like advertised. No view of the bay unless you walk outside and go to the side of the building...

”We opted to spend a little more to get a room with a "kitchenette". It had a working stove and a full fridge and coffee maker. It did not have any pots or pans to use on the stove. It was nice that it had a kitchen table and a separate bedroom. It was right next to the maintenance/laundry room. An open bin of trash was right outside the door and our place had a lot of flies. The floors weren't clean, especially under the bed. While I would likely stay at this property again (it's cheap!), I...

”The staff were friendly - this hotel is set up different with separate buildings and no elevator but the room was clean and a taco Bell in parking lot in front of hotel was convenient for late night hunger.”

”I saw this place was rated 8.4 so figured it would be good. The whole area smells like fish including in the room. The walls are paper thin and could literally hear the guy next door farting. The bed was small and so was the tv. Overall just not great. ”

”We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.”

”The shower didn't work. I asked for another room but after two hours' waiting I gave up and moved to another hotel. I am still waiting to get my money back.”
