”Bed sheets dirty with stains pulled covers back and bed was full of hair,then found more hair in bathroom. Floors very dirty. Every time I left the room had to go get cards reprogrammed. Shower did not work right would shut off cold water and go extremely hot and burn you and the light timer shut the lights off on you. Tv had 3 channels 2 where news and one with shows on was very blurry. Ended up leaving early and didn't get refunded for days not used.”

”The hotel was okay, but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, because we were 5, me, my husband and 3 kids (17,13 & 9). We got there and they said they were full (even though I made the reservation for the room I needed), so they gave me a room with 2 full size beds. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they said it was nothing they could do. The 2 nights we booked, my son had to sleep on the floor. They said the best they could do was to give me some bed sheets to put...
