”Really lovely hotel and room. To get into the parking, you check in first and then use your keycard to get into the overnight parking, which was safe and reasonably priced. The lobby is stunning, the location is great, lots of attractive turn-of-the-century buildings and homes in the surrounding blocks. The stars of the service side were defintely the housekeepers as the place was very fresh and clean, with a charming turn down service. Other service members were eager to please but a little...

”This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was spacious, clean and water pressure was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or Uber to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels well stocked. ”I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board. ”
