”This hotel is fairly new, and seems very clean. Staff was nice, and property well maintained. HOWEVER, my primary reason to be at Woodspring was to sleep, and that was difficult . The noise from the highway was incredibly LOUD. It sounded like I was laying on the shoulder of I-70. There was also no blackout curtain, so when morning came, the sun lit the room up right through the blinds. The beds were comfortable, and I did get some decent sleep between about 1:00AM and 6:00AM when the traffic...

”I was not able to stay at the facility. I prepaid for the night and told the the hotel that there would be no occupancy. I was told to call back and speak to manager . When I called back I was told to call the next morning (7am) to speak to a manager. He said that it was too late to refund due to calling the next day. I am still owed 110.00”

”Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular.”

”Only needed a place to stay for the night and this was the perfect place. Very convenient from everywhere we wanted to go with a clean and comfortable room!”

”Good, older hotel. We stayed there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. We had to go ask for clean towels and coffee. The free breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. Convenient location.”

”Nothing I really deserve a refund my sheets had stains and so did my towels. They never came and cleaned my room or make the bed I was there from Friday til Monday. They breakfast was horrible”
