”Well when we checked in we were informed that they were having a high school prom that night. “But done worry it will be done by 11” we were unable to enjoy the restaurant, bar or beautiful grounds do to screaming teenagers all over the place. I booked this room 6 months ago as a surprise for my husband. We go to bed early due to having an early day. We could hear the thumping music thru the walls. Very disappointed! Other guest were also very upset. They should have contacted us to let us know...

”The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am.”

”First the pluses for the price point it’s a good value near the airport, parking readily available very convenient to a gas station and not too far away from Dave’s kitchen where you can get amazing bites to eat on the go. And one of the most important things, the sheets are clean, unstained and blanket nice and cozy. Now the bathroom needs refurbishment. The carpet are stained. Everything else is a little bit worn for where I’ve seen better years.”
