The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

”Was charged extra $50 for dog when I had specificity reserved a pet friendly room. This was not mentioned in Expedia. Also the complementary breakfast was for just 2 people in our party of 4! Had to sign a waiver where if the dog barks they would install a barker unit to stop that. This was also not on Expedia. Please look into all this before you sign up for this location.”

”Bathroom shower area was not very clean. Top ledge of shower in right corner had someone's old soap wrapper and left corner had a huge dust or hairball. Husband took pics of shower to show what he thought was mold and they said it wasn't. Not a 4 star establishment.”

”This condo went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was clean, the decor was tasteful, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location between the town and the park, and we loved watching the elk from the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.”

”This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. ”13 minute ride up the mountains from town center. If you like the old English, Victorian feel to your hotels, then it’s ok. No phones in room, no TV, no a/c. The kicker was that our shower was not in our bathroom. It was OUTSIDE in the hallway. It’s strangely decorated but the owner did refund one of my two nights.”
