A private mountain cabin above Alma, Colorado, 35 minutes south of Breckenridge — panoramic Placer Valley views, a private outdoor hot tub, a vintage arcade in the game loft, and a wraparound deck that faces mountains in every direction. Three bedrooms sleep up to 6, plus a twin trundle in the loft for a sixth or seventh person.

THE SPACE
Bedroom 1 is a primary king suite with a spa-style jet tub — a real post-ski recovery amenity. Bedroom 2 is a second king. Bedroom 3 is a queen. The chef-inspired kitchen is equipped for serious cooking, not just reheating — full-size range, dishwasher, coffee bar. Dining table faces the valley view.

WINTER SKI ACCESS
Breckenridge Ski Resort is 35 minutes north — Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10, 2,908 skiable acres, and the Imperial Express Superchair at 12,840 feet, the highest chairlift in North America. Keystone Resort is 60 minutes with 3,148 acres and night skiing until 8 pm on Dercum Mountain. Arapahoe Basin, the longest ski season in Colorado, is 60 to 70 minutes. All three are on the Epic Pass. Boreas Pass Nordic trails start 20 minutes away — one of the best cross-country options in the county. Snowmobile country begins in Alma.

THE LOCATION
Alma sits between Fairplay and Hoosier Pass at approximately 10,500 ft — the highest incorporated town in the United States by some measures. Small town, dark skies, one bar, one coffee shop. Breckenridge is 15 minutes over Hoosier Pass. Fairplay is 15 minutes south for grocery and gas. Denver International Airport is approximately 90 minutes east.

Primary renter must be 25 or older. $250 security deposit. Dogs welcome with pet fee, up to two dogs. Alma sits at approximately 10,500 ft — take altitude seriously on arrival day. 4WD or all-wheel drive strongly recommended in winter. Firewood is provided.
