Lomamökit – Alma

”This was an outstanding place to stay in Alma, New Brunswick. A small marina is just behind the property and we were able to see the incoming and outgoing tides on a very short walk. The room was nice and the restaurant was outstanding for lunch and dinner. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and knowlegable. Our only issue with the property was that our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. To get to our room we had to walk up stairs that were a...

”Apartment clean, good location, but poorly maintained. The only openable window had no screen, and the screen on the outside door sat several inches above the threshold: not great in mosquito season. The porch light didn’t work, necessitating use of flashlight while grappling with the lock. The bathroom wallpaper was dangling over the sink, and the bathroom trash can was full when we arrived, whereas neither the dish nor laundry detergents had been restocked for us.”
